How do you gua sha?
-Start in middle of face & roll outwards across cheeks
-Move up to eyebrows & roll upwards across the forehead
-Move below lower lip & roll downward across the chin
-Use smaller end for more delicate areas, use larger end for broad surfaces

How often should you gua sha?
We recommend gua sha twice a day, once in the morning & once in the evening after washing your face. However, you can use it as many times as you want. Can be used with oils & serums for added absorption into the skin.

How do you clean a gua sha tool?
After each use, wash your Mount Lai tools with warm water & a gentle soap. You can then dry the tools with a soft cloth. For an added cooling effect, our facial tools like jade rollers & de-puffing eye tools can also be kept in the refrigerator.
